Hello, fellow Flamingos Puzzlers!
I know it's been a while since our Let's Talk post. In this Let's Talk, I will discuss one of the newest Flowpopuzzle wood puzzles. Yes! That round and abstract wood puzzle that looks like a marble. Even the name is a bit funny, Bathymetry. If you are wondering what Bathymetry means, it is the study of the underwater depth of ocean floors, lake floors, or river floors.
Why is this name you? Well, the way Bathymetry works are by recording echo sound from a body of water and creating an image with different colors depending on the variant elevations. (Image #1 will show you how that image looks) LOL, sorry for going a bit nerd on this. I wanted you to understand why the artist chose this name for this puzzle—but going back to the puzzle.
This fantastic 109 funky wood pieces puzzle is the first round puzzle Flowpo has in its catalog. OMG, and I hope they make more! This puzzle is a fun but challenging puzzle to build. The funky shape helped build it, but Flowpo puzzles are always tricky. So you are always in a treat. I love this puzzle because the pieces are overside and sturdy. And let's talk about the colors. Wow!
Those blues, reds, oranges, white, black and light pink bits combine to create this marble feel. In addition, the glossy finish that the Flowpo puzzle has in all of their puzzles makes everything so gorgeous. Fun fact this was my first time building a round puzzle, so my approach was from the inside out. Moreover, I use the funk of the pieces to connect the puzzle. I recommend this puzzle to anyone; it's the perfect level, from beginner to pro. So what are you waiting for? Try it and tell us what you think.
